JenergyJenn is owned and operated as a sole proprietorship, based in Laguna Niguel, California.
1. Services Covered JenergyJenn offers a range of intuitive, transformational, consulting, and energy-based services, including but not limited to:

Each service may be subject to unique terms as outlined in individual service agreements or intake documents.
2. Intake Forms & Client Responsibilities Select services require the completion of a New Client Intake Form prior to your appointment. Accurate and complete information is required to proceed. Failure to complete this form may delay or forfeit your appointment. Clients are expected to arrive or be available on time, prepared, and in alignment with service requirements.
3. Booking & Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For certain services, a 50% deposit may be collected upon booking with the balance due prior to the session.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

By submitting payment, you authorize JenergyJenn to charge the designated account as outlined.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

JenergyJenn maintains a strict no refund policy.

All cancellations are subject to the full charge.

Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance will be honored based on availability.

No-shows and cancellations made within 7 days may result in the credit card on file being charged for the full remaining balance.

In the case of emergencies, JenergyJenn reserves the right to assess the situation and reschedule at its discretion.
5. Event & Business Strategy Engagements Event planning and business strategy services require a formal proposal or service agreement. Terms may include milestones, deliverables, additional consulting hours, and timelines. This document supplements—not overrides—those agreements.
6. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use All materials, methods, concepts, frameworks (including the EEA Method), content, digital media, downloads, templates, and tools offered by JenergyJenn are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, license, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of this intellectual property without express written permission.
You agree not to use this Website or services:
