We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are committed to providing flexibility while also respecting our time and resources. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for all services, including spiritual coaching, energy healing sessions, and hypnotherapy. Event Strategy and other services may require a separate service agreement where a contract supersedes.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to JenergyJenn ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for all services, including spiritual coaching, energy healing sessions, hypnotherapy and any other session that offers a flat rate.
2. Session Booking and Payments

Payment Requirements: All services require a 100% deposit at the time of booking. Payment confirms your appointment and holds your spot in my schedule, unless otherwise listed.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Venmo and other secure online payment methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final, refunds are not honored. We request that you provide at least 7-day notice if you need to reschedule your session.

Rescheduling with 7-Days’ Notice: If you reschedule your session at least 7-Days in advance, you may reschedule the session with in 30-days at no additional cost.

Cancellation with Less than 7-Days Notice: If you cancel within 7-Days of your scheduled session, your payment will be forfeited. JenergyJenn reserves the right to charge your credit card on file fore the remaining balance.

No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. JenergyJenn reserves the right to charge your credit card on file fore the remaining balance. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
4. Refund Policy
All sessions are personalized and require preparation. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

Non-Refundable Situations:

No refunds are provided for no-shows.

No refunds are provided after a service has been completed, as the nature of the service involves energetic and time-based commitment.

5. Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule your session at any time, as long as the request is made at least 7-Days before your scheduled appointment.

6. Emergency Situations
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency (e.g., illness, family emergency), please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include waiving fees on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refunds for Packages and Programs
For multi-session packages, coaching programs, or long-term commitments:
