Getting Ready for a QHHT Session!

Days Prior to Session

Remember, sessions can take up to 4-hours, plan appropriately.  It is best to avoid alcohol and heavy foods, stick with a clean diet days before.

Night Prior to Session

It is best to avoid alcohol all together as well as all Meats.  Anything to prevent the body from focusing on a full stomach. Drink plenty of water to hydrate.

Morning of Session

No alcohol, No Caffeine, No Meat, No Sugar and remember to limit liquids.  Wear comfy clothing, avoid anything restrictive.

Preparing your body for your session is an important step in connecting with your higher-self.

Most Important....

As we begin our journey together, I ask that you take a few minutes the night before your session to reflect on where you have been, what you are seeking and what you most want to understand.  Please put your questions together by writing them down on a piece of paper.  List questions that you hope to find answers to, perhaps key characters that you seek to find more understanding of relationship dynamics, blockages or phobias one might have.  Although we are never certain where the higher-self wants to lead, we can be assured it always knows best what to uncover!
